We are inviting a Clinic Administrator to join our team — someone who will be the face of the clinic and create a welcoming first impression for our patients. Your responsibilities as a Nurse at the clinic:

Welcoming and guiding patients in the clinic;
Scheduling patient appointments (phone, messengers, CRM);
Providing consultation about clinic services;
Managing doctors’ schedules;
Handling cash and patient payments;
Maintaining client database and documentation;
Ensuring order and a comfortable atmosphere in the clinic.

Requirements to succeed in this role:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrator (preferably in the medical or service sector, experience with Doctor Eleks system is a plus);
Confident PC skills (MS Office, CRM);
Fluent spoken and written Ukrainian;
Knowledge of English is an advantage;
Communicative and client-oriented;
Responsible and attentive to details;
Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
Neat appearance and high level of service.
